10th CSITF：IP helps China's technology trade expand global reach

　　The 10th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair (CSITF) took place as scheduled from June 12 to 14 in Shanghai. This year's CSITF featured five main exhibition areas: the Theme Pavilion, Energy and Low-Carbon Technology, Digital Technology, Biomedicine, and Innovation Ecology and Services. The event showcased innovative achievements from nearly a thousand high-tech and specialized enterprises from 10 countries and regions worldwide, as well as 19 provinces and cities across China.

　　During a tour of the exhibition, a reporter from China Intellectual Property News observed a dynamic surge in emerging industries such as new energy equipment, low-altitude economy, large models, and service robots. There was a steady expansion in the cooperation matrix encompassing technology trade, patent transformation, and service support, heralding the vibrant energy of new productive forces and a promising technological future.

　　Creating a "kaleidoscope" of advanced technologies

　　A trip from Hongqiao in Shanghai to Suzhou in Jiangsu takes about 15 minutes by electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, costing between 200 to 300 yuan. As the low-altitude economy takes flight, "air taxis" are becoming a reality. At the CSITF, Shanghai TCab Technology Co., Ltd. (TCab) showcased its self-developed E20 eVTOL, a fully-electric, 5-seat model. Since October 2023, the E20 eVTOL has completed its initial flight tests and has been conducting regular trial flights at Hengdian Airport.

　　"The E20 eVTOL is the first in China to achieve a breakthrough in tilting rotor technology, offering fast cruising speeds, a high load ratio, and exceptional cost-effectiveness for commercial operations," explained Xu An, Brand Director at TCab. The E20 eVTOL is in the process of obtaining type certification (TC) and has already secured intentions for hundreds of orders.

　　At the booth of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Electric), the first developed and controllable F-class heavy-duty hydrogen-enriched gas turbine in China was unveiled, representing a significant breakthrough from "zero to one" in green, low-carbon technologies. Shanghai Electric has continuously advanced its technological developments and expanded its patent portfolio in areas such as burner upgrades and monitoring and control system optimizations, significantly enhancing China's energy security and its capacity to integrate new energy sources.

　　In recent years, Shanghai Electric has actively operated in China's nuclear fusion industry, making continuous progress in the fusion reactor main system business, with products covering all core components of fusion devices. The company has shipped HH-70, the world's first fully high-temperature superconducting Tokamak device, and delivered EXL-50U, the world's first compact fusion device vacuum chamber in its entirety. In the competition for "clean nuclear energy" and "safe nuclear energy", Shanghai Electric plays a pivotal role in propelling the sustainable development of global energy.

　　Drawing "concentric circles" for technology trade

　　The 10th CSITF intensified the involvement of various capital entities, incubators, accelerators, and other investment service organizations, providing comprehensive services for tech investment, financing, and market transformation. It continued to host intellectual property (IP), talent, and legal service organizations, which facilitated transactions through dedicated service windows and stations.

　　The National Intellectual Property Operation (Shanghai) International Service Platform (International Operation Platform), an integral part of China's public IP operation system and a key infrastructure for Shanghai's technology and innovation center, debuted at the CSITF this year. It aims to enhance technology import and export trades through IP transactions and operations.

　　At the event, the International Operation Platform helped Anhui Zhongke Xiangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. secure two orders for 3D printing equipment, including one from a Japanese company scouting the exhibition. "Since its inception in 2019, the platform has served over 600 enterprises and facilitated IP transactions worth more than 20 billion yuan," said Pan Xi, Head of the International Operation Platform and Chairman of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Rights Trading Center.

　　The Public Service Platform for Open Competition, initiated by the Science, Technology, and Economy Commission of Pudong New Area and managed by the Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Research Institute (Shanghai YRD Institute), attracted numerous inquiries at the CSITF. "The platform focuses on sectors like information technology, new materials, and biomedicine. Companies with a clear investment intent act as 'challengers' issuing technical needs globally, while the Shanghai YRD Institute, based on its industrial technology innovation system, matches these needs with Chinese and international universities and top-tier research teams who serves as the 'solver'," explained Wu Junwei, Business Director of the Regional Cooperation Department at the Shanghai YRD Institute. By June 2024, the platform had nearly 1,100 registered users and had signed nearly 30 projects, with a total project value exceeding 60 million yuan.(by Li Yangfang)

　　中国知识产权报记者在探展时见证了新能源装备、低空经济、大模型与服务机器人等新兴产业赛道风起云涌，技术贸易、专利转化、服务保障的合作矩阵稳步扩容，新质生产力的蓬勃能量和值得期待的科技未来扑面而来。

　　打造前沿技术的“万花筒”

　　从上海虹桥空中接驳至江苏苏州，电动垂直起降飞行器（eVTOL）用时约一刻钟，仅需支付200元至300元……随着低空经济加速腾飞，“空中的士”照进现实。在上交会现场，上海时的科技有限公司（下称时的科技）带来了自主研发的纯电能源、5座载人设计E20 eVTOL模型。2023年10月以来，E20 eVTOL已完成首轮飞行测试，并在横店通用机场实现常态化试飞。

　　“E20 eVTOL在国内率先实现了倾转旋翼技术突破，具备飞行速度快、载重比高、整机性价比高等商业运营优势。”时的科技品牌总监徐安介绍，E20 eVTOL正在申领型号合格证（TC），目前已达成数百架的订单意向。

　　在上海电气集团股份有限公司（下称上海电气）的展台，国内首台完全自主可控的大F重型掺氢燃气轮机模型亮相，代表着绿色低碳领域国产技术“从0到1”的重大突破。上海电气在燃烧器升级改造、监测和控制系统优化等方面不断加强技术攻关和专利储备，推动中国能源安全和新能源消纳能力加速提档升级。

　　据介绍，上海电气近年来积极布局国内核聚变产业，在聚变堆主机系统业务上持续发力，产品覆盖核聚变装置的各个核心部件：全球首台全高温超导托卡马克装置HH-70主机系统发运、全球首台EXL-50U紧凑型聚变装置真空室整体交付……在“清洁核电”“安全核电”的竞争中，上海电气为推动全球能源可持续发展贡献着关键力量。

　　绘制技术贸易的“同心圆”

　　此届上交会加大引入各类资本、孵化器、加速器等投资服务机构，提供科技投融资和市场转化综合服务；继续组织一批知识产权、人才、法律等服务机构进驻，通过服务专窗和服务站提供交易促进配套服务。

　　国家知识产权运营（上海）国际服务平台（下称国际运营平台）是中国知识产权公共运营体系的重要组成部分，也是上海科创中心建设的重要基础设施。该平台今年首次入驻上交会，以知识产权交易和运营赋能展会技术进出口交易。

　　在上交会现场，国际运营平台帮助安徽中科祥晟科技有限公司促成两笔3D打印设备的订单交易，其中一笔交易方为前来“淘展”的日本企业。“自2019年挂牌成立以来，平台累计服务企业600多家，促成知识产权交易规模200亿余元。”国际运营平台负责人、上海知识产权交易中心董事长潘熙介绍。

　　由浦东新区科技和经济委员会发起建设、上海长三角技术创新研究院（下称上海长三院）牵头组织实施的“揭榜挂帅”公共服务平台，在上交会现场引来大量咨询。“平台聚焦信息技术、新材料、生物医药等领域，由具有明确出资意愿的企业作为‘发榜方’，向全球发布技术需求。上海长三院则凭借自身产业技术创新体系，为技术需求寻找和精准匹配国内外高校及高水平科研团队成为‘揭榜者’。”上海长三院区域合作部业务总监吴俊伟介绍，截至今年6月，“揭榜挂帅”公共服务平台累计注册用户近1100人，近30个项目已揭榜签约，揭榜项目总规模超过6000万元。（李杨芳）
