“尔滨”出圈 版权“走俏”

  Amid booming winter tourism in China, the city of Harbin in Heilongjiang province has become a hot destination. When ice and snow integrating with cultural tourism, Harbin has turned "cold" resources into "hot" economy. With a variety of ice & snow-themed cultural and creative products developed and snow sculpture works of classic IP images created, such tour has set off craze boosted by the copyright wind.


  Creating blockbuster products


  Harbin in winter is like a fairy tale wonderland of ice and snow. A cultural and creative ice cream called "Snowflake Ferris Wheel" has foiled the fairy-tale atmosphere to the fullest extent. This ice cream, jointly developed by the Harbin Ice and Snow World and "Modern", a Chinese time-honored brand, is modeled after the Snowflake Ferris Wheel, a new landmark of Harbin. With a height of 120 meters, equivalent to a 42-story building, this Ferris Wheel has become the largest one in Northeast China. The namesake's ice cream has delicate lines and lifelike shapes, which can be called a beautiful sculpture of ice cream. Seeing the beautiful scenery of ice and snow, tasting the cultural and creative ice cream have filled the sweetness of winter tours and become the common choices of tourists. The relevant ice cream has in turn become a beautiful tie between tourists and the Harbin Ice and Snow World.


  "During the New Year's holiday, the sales of Modern ice lolly pops, especially the cultural and creative ones, skyrocketed with more than 100,000 pieces sold during the three holiday days," a principal with the Harbin Ice and Snow World said.


  In addition to sweet ice cream, eye-opening refrigerator magnets, milk tea postcards, lilac flowers made of intangible cultural heritage white porcelain and ice & snow-themed silk scarves have also won tourists' praises. Many tourists have been attracted by a number of refrigerator magnets of magic AR series sold on the "Longyue Northern Magic Train" at the intersection of the Central Street and Zhongyi Street in Daoli District, Harbin. Combined with AR technology, these refrigerator magnets are a kind of interactive ones, designed based the Snowflake Ferris Wheel, Siberian tiger and traditional Harbin landmarks - Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. Thanks to the designers' creative ideas, the usually ordinary refrigerator magnets are added with new energy via digital technology. This kind of refrigerator magnets were sold out as soon as they launched.


  The aggressive demand for these cultural and creative products has claimed the market’s nod to the related work of the Harbin Ice and Snow World. According to the above principal, creativity is the core competitiveness of ice & snow cultural creative products. The charm of cultural and creative products lies in marrying products with ice & snow culture, folk culture through novel and unique ideas, while positioning product designs according to market needs and preferences and always keeping an eye on branding in the process.


  "Driven by the unique IP creation, we will promote the development of ice & snow cultural creative industry, set a new engine for the ice & snow cultural creation, deeply empower the upgrading of relevant industry and cultivate new economic growth points," the above principal said, adding that the Harbin Ice and Snow World will continue to deepen the development of cultural and creative products, integrate the ice and snow with  culture, trend and art for multi-dimensional cultural and creative IP design and successively launch the unique products adored by tourists.


  Enhancing copyright cooperation


  Ice sculpture is the protagonist of the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival. In the Harbin Ice and Snow World, scores of snow and ice sculptures make tourists drift into their dreamland.


  "The Harbin Ice and Snow World has always been attaching great importance to copyright development and protection. Our ice and snow sculpture works have wide genres, covering buildings, characters, film and television IP, game and animation IP and variety scenes. All ice and snow landscapes involving copyright have been officially authorized," the principal outlined.


  During this year's festival, the Harbin Ice and Snow World has cooperated with Youku to launch six IP themed sculptures on Youku's hit dramas "Empresses in the Palace", "Rural love story", "Celebrated Cases of Judge Dee", "Street Dance of China", "Till The End of The Moon" and its new animation of Chinese style, materializing the interaction between popular trends and ice and snow. The 20-meter-tall ice sculpture palace has reenacted the panorama of Hall of Supreme Harmony in the "Empresses in the Palace" with the snow sculptures of eight main characters including Zhenhuan, Emperor, Empress and Nian Shilan showing up, ushering tourists into these household TV dramas.


  Apart from popular film and television IP authorization, the Harbin Ice and Snow World has also obtained the copyright authorization of the Perfect World Co.,Ltd. "We have jointly designed the themed snow sculptures on the five main characters of the "Cosmicrew" - Feng Bao, Shan Dian, Cai Hong, Liu Xing and Xiao Yudian. The shapes and details of each character have been carefully sculpted, reenacted to the extreme and perfectly presented, creating a fairy-tale paradise for children in the wonders of ice and snow," the principal stressed proudly.(by Li Wei/Zhang Binbin)

  冰雪游出圈,中国黑龙江省哈尔滨市爆红。当冰雪与文旅相融合,哈尔滨把“冷资源”做成了“热经济”。以冰雪为主题开发的各式各样的文创产品、一系列经典IP雪雕作品……冰雪游搭着版权的东风,掀起了一波又一波热潮。


  打造爆款产品


  冬天的哈尔滨是一个冰雪童话世界。一支名为“雪花摩天轮”的文创雪糕,直接将氛围感拉满。“雪花摩天轮”文创雪糕由哈尔滨冰雪大世界与中华老字号马迭尔共同打造。该款雪糕以哈尔滨新地标——雪花摩天轮为蓝本设计。雪花摩天轮高120米,相当于42层楼高,是中国东北最大的摩天轮。“雪花摩天轮”文创雪糕线条细腻、造型逼真,堪称雪糕届的绝美雕塑。看冰雪美景、品文创雪糕,把冰雪之旅的甜度拉满,已经成为游客们的共同选择,文创雪糕成为游客与哈尔滨冰雪大世界之间的美好连接。


  “在元旦期间,马迭尔冰棍销量大幅增加,尤其文创款雪糕备受青睐,假期3天销售量达10万多支。”哈尔滨冰雪大世界相关负责人表示。


  除了甜蜜的雪糕,令人耳目一新的冰箱贴、奶茶明信片、非遗白瓷丁香花、冰雪系列主题丝巾等同样备受青睐。在哈尔滨市道里区中央大街与中医街交口处的“龙粤号北境魔法列车”上,一枚又一枚“魔法AR系列冰箱贴”引得众人驻足。其以雪花摩天轮、东北虎,及哈尔滨地标景点中央大街和圣·索菲亚教堂为原型设计,是通过AR技术与冰箱贴结合的一款互动式冰箱贴。得益于设计人员的奇思妙想,让数字技术为原本普通的冰箱贴赋予了新活力。该冰箱贴一经上市,就被抢购一空。


  文创产品的供不应求,是市场对哈尔滨冰雪大世界文创开发的高度认可。在哈尔滨冰雪大世界相关负责人看来,创意是冰雪文创产品的核心竞争力。通过新颖、独特的创意,将冰雪文化、民俗文化等元素融入产品中,同时以市场需求和喜好定位产品设计,注重产品品牌建设,这是文创产品的魅力所在。


  “我们以打造特色IP为牵引,推动壮大特色冰雪文创产业发展,打造冰雪文创发展新引擎,深度赋能冰雪文创产业升级,培育新的经济增长点。”哈尔滨冰雪大世界相关负责人表示,接下来,哈尔滨冰雪大世界将持续加大文创产品开发力度,将冰雪与文化、潮流、艺术等融合,多维度进行文创IP设计,陆续推出广大游客喜爱的特色文创产品。


  深化版权合作


  冰雕是哈尔滨冰雪节的“重头戏”。在哈尔滨冰雪大世界里,各种雪雕、冰雕作品让观众流连忘返。


  “哈尔滨冰雪大世界一直非常重视版权开发与保护,我们的冰雕、雪雕作品种类繁多,有建筑、人物形象、影视IP、游戏动漫IP、综艺场景等,所有涉及版权的冰雪景观均得到了官方授权。”哈尔滨冰雪大世界相关负责人表示。


  冰雪节期间,哈尔滨冰雪大世界与优酷合作,推出了优酷旗下热播剧《甄嬛传》《乡村爱情故事》《大唐狄公案》《这!就是街舞》《长月烬明》及优酷新国风动漫六大IP主题雕塑,实现热门内容与冰雪联动。高约20米的宫殿冰雕还原了《甄嬛传》中太和殿全景,主要人物甄嬛、皇上、皇后、华妃等8位经典角色的雪雕悉数亮相,游客仿佛置入电视剧场景里。


  除了获得热门影视IP等授权,哈尔滨冰雪大世界还获得了完美世界版权授权。“我们共同打造的《宇宙护卫队》主题雪雕以《宇宙护卫队》中的5个主要角色——风暴、闪电、彩虹、流星、小雨点为主角,每个角色的造型和细节都进行了精心雕琢、深度还原、完美呈现,为小朋友们在冰雪奇观中打造一个童话乐园。”哈尔滨冰雪大世界相关负责人表示。(李伟 张彬彬)
